Getting to know you

Our first meeting is about an hour long and is about talking to you, finding out about your lifestyle and existing financial arrangements, and understanding your needs and what is important to you. There is no cost or commitment at this first meeting but we will provide you with information about our service, how we work and our fees. We will clearly explain the next steps and then leave it with you to decide if you would like to proceed.

Finding out more about you

At this stage we want to explore your aspirations in depth, helping you to identify and prioritise your financial objectives. We will carry out an in-depth analysis of your current financial situation – where you are now and your goals for the future. We will use this information as the foundation for creating your draft financial plan.
Throughout the process you will have unlimited access to a designated Financial Adviser.

Creating a financial plan

From our discussions we will have a clear picture of where you are now financially and where you want to be and we will create a draft financial plan. We will talk you through the plan, explaining our recommendations and answering any questions you may have. It is about ensuring we can give you the most appropriate advice for your individual circumstances, goals and aspirations.

Implementation/plan of action

Having discussed and listened to your feedback on our draft financial plan we will next provide a clear and concise plan of action. We will put our advice and recommendations in writing to you. We will help you to complete any forms and will do all the administration; keeping track of progress of applications and keeping you informed throughout.

Our ongoing service

We recognise that your circumstances may change over time and your financial plan may need to change to reflect these. It is important to continually monitor your progress on a regular basis and we carry out review meetings annually as a minimum. This is an opportunity to update your financial plan to reflect any changes in your objectives and circumstances – helping you to stay focused and on course to reach your financial goals and objectives.
We encourage and welcome client feedback on our advice, service and information we provide.
