We've always taken pride from the customer service we deliver and have a clearly defined client service and advisory charges proposition.

Our strategic process follows the following structure:

Initial meeting

It’s free of charge, lasts one hour and comes with no obligation.

We’ll ask the questions that give us a better understanding of your personal and financial circumstances; identifying your objectives and building your investment risk profile - as well as capacity for loss.

It’s a chance to explain our expertise, outline our structure and show how we can help you. Then we’ll clearly explain the next steps and the costs, and then leave you to decide if you’d like to proceed further.

Research and advice

The next step is to put together a comprehensive report that outlines our recommendations.

This includes complex research across financial markets with reference to your personal circumstances including your overall investment strategy, appetite for risk, capacity for investment loss and current tax position. For our investment proposition we work with RSMR to provide you with a bespoke and tailored offering. A fee will be charged for this initial report but this will be refunded against any implementation and set up fees*.

Throughout the process you will have unlimited access to a designated specialist Wealth Planner (via telephone or email) before we explain our proposal at a second face-to-face meeting. We’ll answer all of your questions and make sure you are able to reach an informed decision about how best to proceed.


If you decide to proceed with our recommendations, implementation and set up fees will apply. This covers completion of all paperwork, updates of progress, dealing with product providers, the cost of administration and compliance, client protection fees, creating database records and entry into our ongoing services (see below).
